Phillip R. Wulf joined the Casper office of Murane & Bostwick, LLC in November 2016. His practice focuses on the areas of general civil litigation, workers’ compensation, estate planning, municipal law and business organizations.

Experience:

 Mr. Wulf is a native of Casper and graduated from Kelly Walsh High School. He attended Sheridan College and transferred to the University of Utah, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Following his graduation Mr. Wulf and his family moved to the Boston area where he worked for a genetic testing company.

After living on the east coast, Mr. Wulf decided to return to Wyoming and attended law school at the University of Wyoming. During law school, he worked at the University’s Research Products Center which actively managed the University’s intellectual properties and presented seminars to the public regarding their services. He also worked in the Law School’s legal services clinic where he represented clients in domestic relation matters.

Prior to coming to Murane & Bostwick, Mr. Wulf practiced law at the firm of MacPherson, Kelly & Thompson, LLC in Rawlins. There he primarily focused on representing the Wyoming Workers’ Compensation Division in contested cases across the southwest corner of the state. He also worked on estate and business planning, and represented various local business organizations.

Mr. Wulf is married with four children. His family enjoys going to the park, all things sports, and discovering the amenities of Casper.
